2024 VMAs Winners: See The Full List


MTV’s 2024 Video Music Awards are being handed out Wednesday night.

Megan Thee Stallion is hosting the show, which is airing live from New York’s UBS Arena. She will also perform during the 2024 VMAs.

Katy Perry received this year’s Video Vanguard Award and performed a medley of her hits. Other performers will include Anitta (featuring Fat Joe, DJ Khaled and Tiago PZK), Eminem, LL Cool J, Benson Boone, Camila Cabello, Chappell Roan, GloRilla, Halsey, Lenny Kravitz (with Quavo and Doechii), Karol G, Blackpink’s Lisa, Rauw Alejandro, Shawn Mendes and Sabrina Carpenter. Taylor Swift, Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, SZA, Eminem, Lenny Kravitz, Blackpink’s Lisa and Tyla are among the winners so far. Heading into the show, Taylor Swift led the nominees with a total of 12 noms. Winners are voted on by fans.

Earlier Wednesday, MTV announced that the top three finalists in the best new artist category are Chappell Roan, Gracie Abrams and Tyla. Voting continues at vote.mtv.com into the show. 

In observance of the 23rd anniversary of 9/11, MTV supported the nonprofit 9/11 Day, which organizes the September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance, and Tuesday’s Children, which serves the families of 9/11.

The VMAs were executive produced by Bruce Gillmer and Den of Thieves co-founder Jesse Ignjatovic, with Barb Bialkowski as co-executive producer. Alicia Portugal and Jackie Barba are executives in charge of production, Wendy Plaut is executive in charge of celebrity talent, and Lisa Lauricella is music talent executive.

The show airs live on BET, BET Her, CMT, Comedy Central, Logo, MTV, MTV2, Nick at Nite, Paramount Network, Pop, TV Land, VH1 and Univision.
