Scotland v Switzerland drew in more than half the nation’s TV viewers on Wednesday evening, as the BBC brought people together to watch BBC Sport’s coverage of Scotland’s hard-fought draw against Switzerland, keeping their Euro 2024 hopes alive.
Last night the BBC had a 54% audience share for coverage of Scotland v Switzerland on BBC One, with a peak audience of 9.4 million people. The match was also streamed 3.6 million times on BBC iPlayer and there was an average audience of 8.6 million.
