Entering 2024, companies across the attractions and themed entertainment industries are seeking fresh ideas and new talent, with positions open at every level in locations all over the world.

Art and entertainment creators Meow Wolf are offering a chance for the right candidate to play a part in their headline-grabbing immersive experiences, with the company on the lookout for a number of roles. Among them, Meow Wolf is seeking a Director, Facilities & Exhibition at its new Denver attraction, with the successful candidate leading a team in maintaining facilities and technical assets within the entire complex. Meow Wolf is also hunting for a Master Planner, who will play a pivotal role in providing planning and schedule support across the entire company portfolio.

Ghibli Park – the nature-based attraction themed on the characters and locations of Studio Ghibli – is seeking management, sales and F&B staff to fill roles in the new Witch’s Valley Area, including its retail operation and roles at the Guchoki Bakery and Flying Oven restaurants.

Disney has an array of positions available for the new year, with roles in Orlando including Costumer for Disney Cruise Line, Senior Event Services Manager at Disney World, and Director, Disney Signature Experiences Strategic Growth Initiatives. In Anaheim, Disney is searching for a Director of Public Relations. Across the company, Disney is recruiting for well over a thousand positions.

Universal also has a host of roles available in 2024, including roles at the upcoming Universal Kids Resort and Universal Horror Unleashed, positions with Universal Creative and at Universal’s existing parks, including Director, Content Creation & Engagement at Universal Orlando.

Cedar Fair is on the hunt for hundreds of talented workers, with roles going all the way from the customer level to the boardroom. For those entering the industry or new in their career, the company is looking for ride operators, lifeguards, service associates and even a beer pourer. Meanwhile, the company is also on the hunt for a Corporate Office Manager in its Charlotte, North Carolina office, while Area Manager positions at its various locations across the US are also up for grabs.

For those looking to work on ride development, a number of companies, including Intamin, Vekoma and Mack Rides are seeking candidates for roles including technical service engineers, structural design engineers, fitters and process mechanics.

With an exciting year ahead for Holovis, the experiential design firm is recruiting in both the UK and the US. Current positions up for grabs include Graphic Designers, 3D Character Artists and CC++ Developers.

In the world of waterparks, WhiteWater is on the hunt for a Senior Park Designer, with the would be candidate responsible for a variety of design areas including production of high-quality architecture and design work, participating with clients in waterpark planning and theming design. Adirondack Studios has a big year ahead, with the storytelling solutions provider recruiting a number of roles, including Vice President of Administration and Vice President of Project Delivery in its New York office, and Business Development Representative and production roles in its Orlando location.

B Morrow Productions is on the hunt for a Director of Projects, with the role calling for someone to serve as the leader of the projects, people, and related processes at the company.

In London, Electrosonic is seeking an AV Coordinator, who will handle client AV support in a number of disciplines including but not limited to video conferencing, audio visual, projection, pro audio, video and control.
