Prince Harry to Jose Cruz: All the celebrities named in Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs court filing

Several prominent names appear in the court filings made in connection with music producer Rodney Jones’ $30 million lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

Jones filed his lawsuit on February 26, making several accusations against Combs which include sexual misconduct, grooming and sex-trafficking activity. Attorneys for Combs have strongly denied the allegations.

Jones’ filing to the federal district court in New York lists out details of his allegations. One section even claims that Combs’ music industry associates financially benefitted from facilitating his alleged unlawful behaviour and also gained access to his powerful connections.

Here are the prominent names who feature in court filing:

Stevie J (Steven Aaron Jordan), a music producer and television personality

A redacted name of a Philadelphia rapper who dated Nicki Minaj

A Grammy Award-winning R&B singer who had trouble with law enforcement after assaulting a Bajan billionaire, whose name was also redacted.

Yung Miami, who was not labelled as a celebrity in the filing

Prince Harry

Bishop TD Jakes

Cassie Ventura, a singer and dancer

Georgia Mass Choir

Donald Lawrence, songwriter and music producer

The Clark Sisters

Smokie Norful

Faheem Muhammad

DeForrest Taylor

Jose Cruz

Among the benefits enjoyed by music industry parties, Jones’ lawyers claimed, was “affiliation and access to Mr Combs’ popularity.”

None of the celebrities named in the filing have been charged or legally implicated.

It is alleged that through his popularity, Combs’ associates gained access to “celebrities such as famous athletes, political figures, artists, musicians, and international dignitaries like British Royal, Prince Harry.”

The court filing comes after federal authorities on Monday raided homes owned by Combs in multiple locations like Los Angeles, California, and Miami, Florida.

Investigators with the Department of Homeland Security executed search warrants at properties belonging to Combs in the Holmby Hills neighbourhood of West Los Angeles, and Miami on Monday afternoon.

The raids were conducted due to sex trafficking allegations levelled by different plaintiffs  against Combs. Share on linkedin

In response to the raid, Tyrone Blackburn, an attorney representing Rodney Jones, gave a statement saying, “About damn time. Sometimes justice delayed is not justice denied, so long as justice ultimately arrives.”

Combs has been dealing with several legal cases in recent months with multiple lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and trafficking.
