The federal government has indicted an Arizona native who planned a mass shooting at a Bad Bunny concert in Atlanta, Georgia. Mark Adams Prieto was indicted after his earlier arrest over the alleged shooting plot. The 58-year-old allegedly aimed to successfully spark a race war ahead of the presidential election. He was charged with possession of an unregistered firearm, firearms Trafficking & the transfer of a firearm for use in a hate crime. If convicted, he may be sentenced up to 40 years in prison. He allegedly brought semi-automatic rifles using cash or trades to avoid gun regulators. According to NBC, Prieto tried to recruit people for his plot, and the FBI’s investigation used an undercover agent whom Prieto attempted to enlist. “Prieto believes that martial law will be implemented shortly after the 2024 election,” a source told the FBI in Phoenix.
