Thursday, July 11, is Slurpee Day, the perfect excuse to enjoy a cold refreshing Slurpee. Every July 11, 7-Eleven celebrates its birthday by giving out free small Slurpees nationwide. This year marks the Irving, Texas, based company’s 97th birthday.
Stop by your local 7-Eleven, Speedway or Stripes store to get your free Slurpee, no purchase necessary. In addition to their array of flavors, you also can choose the limited-edition MTN DEW Freedom Fusion flavor.
This year, 7-Eleven teamed up with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals to create a special edition Slurpee drink cup. Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals National Champion, Nolan, designed the 2024 Slurpee Day cup, which seeks to drive awareness and support their in-store fundraising campaigns.
“Slurpee Day is more than just a birthday celebration for 7-Eleven; it’s a beloved tradition that brings communities together,” said Marissa Jarratt, executive vice president and chief marketing and sustainability officer at 7-Eleven Inc. “This year, we’re thrilled to share this day with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and make a positive impact on kids’ health and in our communities through our in-store fundraising efforts.”

This Slurpee Day, members of 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards can enjoy an extra sweet deal with a coupon for a second free small Slurpee.
To receive the coupon, members must scan their rewards on Slurpee Day. The coupon can be redeemed any day this month through July 31.
Rewards members also can enter for the chance to win free sips and snacks — including Slurpee drinks — for an entire year.
All customers also can grab $1 deals on fan-favorite items such as pizza and 7-Select gummies July 11-23.
