BEVERLY HILLS, CA. – If you cannot make it to your favorite film festivals, innovative creators and technology make it easier to be part of the experience from anywhere.

Innovative creators such as serial entrepreneur AppleTungFong, the founder and CEO of Entertainment Oxygen, a Los Angeles-based media company, and a festival streaming platform called eoApp. The app allows filmmakers to create a free profile and interact with film lovers and industry professionals around the globe, making it easy to build their network and collaborate on future projects from script to screen.

TungFong, a former studio vice president, was inspired to create the platform to form a transparent solution to a fragmented industry that she says needs a fair and balanced playing field.

“Our cutting-edge technology allows film festivals to expand their audiences and ticket sales through virtual screenings, and our team makes the entire process simple and easy,” says TungFong. “Fans worldwide who can’t attend festivals in person can now enjoy amazing festival films anytime, anywhere.”

Since its soft launch in October 2022, the eoApp has accumulated over 2100 films from 43 countries and thousands of users. Independent filmmakers can also self-distribute their film and monetize their content, once the film festival circuit is over.

“eoApp is that it allows viewers to watch unique stories you cannot watch anywhere else,” says TungFong. “It also gives a fair space to creatives to have their projects showcased and fairly compensated for, which is unique and essential, which so many involved in the SAG-AFTRA strikes were demonstrating for.”
