He said collaboration has kept him going in the music space.
The 41-year-old from Sebokeng in the Vaal told Daily Sun when artists collaborate, they’re not only blending sounds but merging perspectives.
“Through collaboration, I’ve learned the value of adaptability and open-mindedness. It’s about stepping out of your comfort zone and trusting the process, even when it leads in a direction you didn’t initially foresee,” he said.
Miza said he has learned that the best results often come from embracing diversity.

“The entertainment industry has a lot of challenges and one of the biggest has been staying relevant in an industry that’s constantly evolving.”
Miza said pressure to continuously produce new content while maintaining authenticity can be overwhelming.
“There’s also the challenge of dealing with public scrutiny, the ups and downs of being famous. But each of these challenges has made me more resilient and to focuse on what truly matters, creating music that resonates,” he said.
The musician said faith is crucial because the journey is filled with uncertainty.
“There are times when you’ll face rejection, self-doubt, and setbacks that can make you question everything. Have faith in your talent and vision,” he said.
Miza said he has some exciting projects and collaborations in the pipeline.
