Live Nation Inks K-Pop Touring Deal with JYP Entertainment

JYP Entertainment has signed a multi-year global partnership with Live Nation to produce tours for all artists on JYP’s roster.

That includes TWICE, Stray Kids, ITZY, Xdinary Heroes (XH), NMIXX, as well as JYP’s up-and-coming talent. The new partnership formalizes and expands on the existing relationship between the two companies for promoting and producing tours.

JYP Entertainment says its expertise as an innovative talent and management company coupled with Live Nation’s global touring resources will provide its artists with new opportunities to connect to their fans. The two companies will collaborate to bring JYP artists to a global audience as Live Nation operates in 45 countries and has sold 140 million tickets in 2023 to date.

TWICE became the first-ever K-pop girl group to headline in both NFL and MLB stadiums with massive sold-out shows at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and MetLife Stadium in New York. The group is currently on their fifth and largest world tour to date, “READY TO BE” which encompasses 44 shows across 25 cities.

Stray Kids have also solidified themselves as a global sensation with their second world tour, “MANIAC” concluding with 42 shows across 18 cities in North America and Asia. They became the second K-Pop boy group in history to perform sold-out stadium shows at BMO Stadium in North America.

The partnership with Live Nation will help JYP Entertainment expand its global reach. In June 2023, JYP Entertainment inked a strategic partnership with Republic Records to form a company-wide global alliance. Their collaboration began in February 2020 with TWICE and has achieved outstanding results in the U.S., opening a new lane to expand K-Pop acts globally.

JYP Entertainment has established itself as a preeminent force in South Korea, becoming one of the top labels in K-Pop. The company developed a platform for superstars and has introduced the world to J.Y Park, Rain, Wonder Girls, 2PM, 2AM, miss A, GOT7, Bernard Park, Day6, TWICE, Stray Kids, BOY STORY, ITZY, NiziU, XDINARY HEROES, NMIXX, and VCHA.
