Rapper A$AP Rocky has pleaded not guilty to felony gun charges relating to an alleged shooting incident in 2021. An LA judge ruled that Rocky must stand trial over claims that he fired shots at his childhood friend, Terell Ephron, during a heated discussion. “We’re not disappointed, not surprised, we expected to go to trial, we’ve been planning for trial all along. Rocky is going to be vindicated when all this is said and done, without question,” said Rocky’s attorney, Joe Tacopina. Ephron alleges that he was fired at twice by Rocky, but when police investigated the scene, they found no evidence of a shooting. Rocky was arrested over the incident in April 2022 and was released on $550,000 bail before being officially charged four months later. He is currently being charged with two counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm.
