Developer and publisher AurumDust announced the release of its tactical RPG Ash of Gods: Redemption on Android. The title is currently available on Google Play Store for $9.99/€9.49/£7.99. Although the game’s Android version has the same content as its PC counterpart, it has an updated UI for battles and dialogues to offer a better readability on small mobile screens.
Ash of Gods: Redemption is a strategy RPG that features hand drawn art, cooperative and competitive multiplayer modes, and combat that mixes turn-based and card-driven systems. The game features an open-ended storytelling system that the developer calls “Roguelike Storytelling”, where all characters in the game can be permanently injured or killed, both in and out of battle, and the story will continue on without them, leading to one of seven different endings.
Ash of Gods: Redemption initially released for PC, Mac, and Linux in 2018 before being ported on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch in 2020. An enhanced version of the game featuring new voiceovers, battle system, and improved translations is planned to release in a few months on both Steam and Google Play Store.
