Bebe Rexha’s Attacker May Have Charges Dropped After Community Service | Entertainment

Nicholas Malvagna, who struck Bebe Rexha with his phone during a New York concert, may have his charges dismissed. During a court hearing, it was revealed that he would complete 40 days of community service and adhere to a six-month order of protection. “This resolution, reached after extensive negotiations, allows Mr. Malvagna to contribute to the community while ensuring the dismissal and sealing of the criminal charges,” said Nicholas Malvagna’s attorney, Todd Spodek, in a statement. Rexha, who received stitches after the incident, has not commented on the matter. Malvagna, who was initially charged with multiple counts of assault, confessed to throwing the phone, claiming he did it as a joke. The incident took place during Rexha’s performance at Pier 17. She later reassured fans of her well-being on social media.
