In recent years, he has notably starred in Palm Springs opposite Cristin Milioti and also lent his voice to Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse for the role of the Scarlet Spider. He has also dipped his toes into the world of video games, voicing the character of Captain Valentine for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.

11 Melissa Fumero (Amy Santiago)

After playing Amy in Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Melissa Fumero starred in the Netflix sitcom Blockbuster, which only aired for one season before its cancelation. Fumero also voiced the role of Melissa Tarleton for the adult animation M.O.D.O.K, and starred in the comedy film Bar Fight! opposite Rachel Bloom. She also took a dip into directing, credited as such for two episodes of the Freevee sitcom Primo, as well as an episode of both Grand Crew and Gordita Chronicles in 2022.

Stephanie Beatriz has continued to act both on and off-screen following the end of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Since hanging up Rosa Diaz’s leather jacket, Beatriz has been heavily involved in podcasts Tejana, Solar, and Wondery’s Twin Flames podcast, both as a voice actor and as a producer. She also starred in 2:22 A Ghost Story on the UK’s West End, playing the role of Lauren from 2021 to 2022. More recently, she played Quiet in the live-action Twisted Metal TV show.

9 Terry Crews (Terry Jeffords)

Former NFL athlete Terry Crews was an already established name when Brooklyn Nine-Nine began, but his acting career has carried on strong since the sitcom came to an end. Crews is currently the host of America’s Got Talent, and has been since 2019, and also made an appearance in the workplace comedy Space Force in 2022. In 2021, Crews and his wife co-wrote Together: How Fame, Failure and Faith Transformed Our Lives, a memoir revealing the details of their marriage.

8 Joe Lo Truglio (Charles Boyle)

Joe Lo Truglio, who played the lovable Charles Boyle, has also continued to act since the show’s end. His most notable performances since 2021 include the sketch comedy show History of the World, Part II, and as Chris in Mark, Mary & Some Other People. Lo Truglio made his film directorial debut in 2022 with Outpost, which he is also credited as the writer for.

7 Andre Braugher (Raymond Holt)

Following his performance as Raymond Holt in Brooklyn Nine-Nine, which earned him four Emmy nominations, Andre Braugher has continued to act in both television and films. Since the show’s end in 2021, Braugher starred as Ri’Chard Lane in the CBS legal drama The Good Fight, and as Dean Baquet in the biographical drama She Said. In February 2023, Braugher was cast in the upcoming Netflix mystery drama series The Residence as A.B. Wynter.

6 Chelsea Peretti (Gina Linetti)

Former Saturday Night Live writer Chelsea Peretti starred as Gina Linetti left Brooklyn Nine-Nine in season 6, and then reprised the role for the show’s finale in season 8. Since the end of the show, Peretti has lent her voice to several animated shows, including Harvey Girls Forever, and Bob’s Burgers. She also wrote, directed, and produced the upcoming film First Time Female Director, which will see her directorial debut.

Since the end of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Joel McKinnon Miller has remained relatively quiet compared to his costars. In 2022, he starred in the true drama series The Staircase as Larry Pollard, and in 2023, played Reggie in two episodes of Station 19. In 2021, McKinnon Miller worked with Brooklyn Nine-Nine director Rick Page on the nine-minute short film Snow Globe & The Cat.

4 Dirk Blocker (Michael Hitchcock)

Hitchcock didn’t return to Brooklyn Nine-Nine for season 8, only appearing via video call until his final in-person appearance for the show’s finale. It was explained in the show that Hitchcock had retired to Brazil, however, season 8 started with the precinct returning to work following the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the filming restrictions in place at the time, it could be presumed that, as the actor was 63 at the time of filming, he did not return for safety reasons. Since the hit sitcom came to an end, Blocker has only taken one acting role, as Gordon in the show Doogie Kamealoha, M.D.

3 Marc Evan Jackson (Kevin Cozner)

Comedian Marc Evan Jackson’s post-Brooklyn Nine-Nine career saw him undertake the role of Robinson in the Netflix adventure film Finding ‘Ohana. He has also lent his voice to animations in recent years, seeing him as Anton in Apple TV’s Central Park, as well as The Speaker in Digman!, which saw him reunited with Brooklyn Nine-Nine costars Melissa Fumero and Andy Samberg. He was also the host of Brooklyn Nine-Nine: The Podcast, which saw him interview costar Joe Lo Truglio and the show’s co-creator Mike Schur.

2 Jason Mantzoukas (Adrian Pimento)

Since the end of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Jason Mantzoukas has been very busy. Most notably, Mantzoukas is the voice actor for Jay Bilzerian in Big Mouth, and Jankom Pog in Star Trek: Prodigy, after lending his voice to the same character for the 2022 video game Star Trek Prodigy: Supernova. He is also scheduled to play Dionysus in the upcoming Disney+ series Percy Jackson and the Olympians, an adaptation of the book of the same name.

1 Craig Robinson (Doug Judy)

Established comedian Craig Robinson starred in Brooklyn Nine-Nine as Jake’s frenemy, known by his criminal name of the Pontiac Bandit. After Doug Judy’s send-off, Robinson continued to act after the show came to an end. In television, he has mainly starred in reality shows The Masked Dancer and The Masked Singer but also lent his voice to children’s animated film The Bad Guys. In 2022, Robinson released Killing It, which saw him play Craig Foster, as well as being credited as an executive producer.
