Derrick White chips tooth in Game 5 win, says after game, ‘I’d lose all my teeth for a championship’

Celtics guard Derrick White truly gave his all in helping Boston win its 18th NBA championship.In fact, White gave up a piece of one of his teeth!Late in the second quarter, White dove for a loose ball before Mavericks’ Dereck Lively fell onto his head, slamming his face onto the floor. He was slow to get up and was bleeding from the mouth, but he stayed in to play his normal minutes for much of the rest of the game. After the game, White said, “I’d lose all my teeth for a championship.”
