Chattanooga Locals Only Music Festival Fills Void | Local News

Five Wits Brewing Company and Barrelhouse Ballroom wishes to fill the music festival void in the Tennessee Valley this October.

In response to the 2024 cancellation of Riverbend and Moon River Festival, the brewing company and ballroom came together to create the Locals Only Music Festival, set for October 12 and 13.

A two-day pass starts at $50. Platform seating and high-top table upgrades are available for purchase.

Doors will open at 12:00pm, then music will go from 1:00pm to midnight both days.

A release from festival organizers said this two-day event will showcase 16 local bands and musicians.

“The vision for the festival came from a desire to raise awareness about the incredible music talent we have right here in Chattanooga, and to create a space where these bands can support one another,” said organizer Mike Monen.

Saturday night headliners include YGTUT & The Plugs and The Afternooners.

On Sunday night, Behold the Brave and Strung Like a Horse will conclude the festival.

Other featured acts:
