‘Selling Sunset’ star Christine Quinn’s estranged husband, Christian Dumontet, has been formally charged with assaulting their 2-year-old son. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Dumontet “threw a bag containing a glass bottle” at the child. Dumontet was arrested for domestic violence and assault after authorities responded to a call in the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles. Law enforcement officials told TMZ that he’s now been charged with child abuse/endangerment, assault and violation of a protection order. However, the Los Angeles County District Attorney ultimately decided Dumontet’s case did not meet felony filing requirements. Quinn’s attorney, Jacqueline Sparagna, told Page Six that she is “extremely satisfied” with the Los Angeles City Attorney office’s decision. “We believe this development is a crucial step toward safeguarding the legal and personal interests of both victims,” stated Sparagna.
