DaBaby Claims LAPD “Bias” In Battery Case Defense Strategy | Entertainment

DaBaby is actively searching for reported evidence of misconduct by Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) dective Brett Hayhoe. Hayhoe investigated an assault claim from three years ago in which a 64-year-old man alleged that DaBaby punched him. According to court filings, DaBaby believes that the records will show evidence that Hayhoe carried out acts of “misconduct and bias.” They also allege that the lineup included a picture of DaBaby and five other men who “did not fit the eyewitness’ description of the subject.” According to the filings, DaBaby’s legal team believes that there is a constitutional right to review Hayhoe’s employment records. The lawyers have argued that Hayhoe’s history is important, as last June he broke LAPD policy when he shot at an unarmed mentally ill man.
