‘Dancing with the Stars: Live!’ coming to Upstate NY with celebrity guests

“Dancing with the Stars: Live!” is coming back to Upstate New York.

The 2024 “DWTS” tour, based on the hit TV show “Dancing with the Stars,” will make stops on Jan. 21 at the Turning Stone Resort Casino Event Center in Verona, N.Y.; Jan. 25 at Proctors Theatre in Schenectady; and Jan. 28 at Shea’s Performing Arts Center in Buffalo. All three stage shows will begin at 7 p.m.

Tickets for Verona and Buffalo go on sale Friday, Oct. 20, at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster. Tickets for Schenectady will go on sale at the same time through proctors.org.

“Dancing with the Stars: Live!” will feature pro dancers like Brandon Armstrong, Rylee Arnold, Alan Bersten, Daniella Karagach, Pasha Pashkov, Gleb Savchenko, Emma Slater, and Britt Stewart. The cast is subject to change, according to promoters.

“DWTS” co-host and two-time Mirrorball champion Julianne Hough is also scheduled to appear on select tour dates, but is not currently listed on the lineup for the Upstate New York performances.

“Celebrity guest stars” will also be announced at a later date for each performance. “DWTS” season 32 cast members included Alyson Hannigan of “Buffy,” “American Pie” and “How I Met Your Mother” fame alongside “The Brady Bunch” star Barry Williams, NFL alum Adrian Peterson, former “Bachelorette” Charity Lawson, “Vanderpump Rules” star Ariana Madix, “Zoey 102″ star Jamie Lynn Spears, singer Jason Mraz, actress Mira Sorvino, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Mauricio Umansky, “Too Hot to Handle” star Harry Jowsey, model-actor Tyson Beckford, singer/social media star Lele Pons, “Veep” actor Matt Walsh, and actress Xochitl Gomez (Marvel’s America Chavez); it’s unclear if any of them would be on the tour.

“Dancing with the Stars” airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+. Episodes are also available to stream on Hulu.
