Danny Masterson has been moved from Corcoran State Prison to California Men’s Colony due to safety concerns. The convicted rapist, who is serving a 30-year sentence, was moved due to concerns for “the inmate’s well-being.” According to Deadline, the actor barely lasted two weeks under the challenging conditions at Corcoran State Prison. Masterson is not eligible for parole until 2042 and was denied bail due to being viewed as a potential flight risk. Prisoners in the Colony can “take advantage of increased academic and career/technical education, as well as self-improvement.”
