Doja Cat brought the intensity at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Festival presented by Capital One in a lengthy set full of old and new favorites.
Doja immediately let the crowd know they were in for a high-energy set with her first song, “WYM Freestyle,” off her 2023 album Scarlet. She proved that she didn’t need any additional backup dancers, as her presence alone was enough to command the entire Las Vegas arena on Saturday (September 21) night. She kept the mesmerizing performance going into another track from her fourth studio album with “Demons,” staring down the crowd as she jumped around the stage.
The Las Vegas crowd then saw Doja “Get Into It” with the Planet Her track, ditching the blazer of her suit as she danced and twerked, shortly followed by another song from the album, “Need To Know.” In between the two Planet Her tracks, she threw things back to her sophomore album Hot Pink with her hit song “Say So,” getting the crowd clapping and belting along.
Doja bookended her performance with another two songs from Scarlet, beginning with “Agora Hills” and wrapping up her festival set with “Paint the Town Red,” as what sounded like the entire arena singing along to the Grammy-nominated lead single off her latest album.
Doja Cat was just one of the amazing acts to take the stage during the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Festival on September 20th and 21st. Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, other performers throughout the weekend include Dua Lipa, Big Sean, Halsey, Victoria MonĂ©t, Paramore, The Weeknd, Hozier, Camila Cabello, Gwen Stefani, Keith Urban, New Kids on the Block, Shaboozey, The Black Crowes, Thomas Rhett as well as a special appearance by Coldplay‘s Chris Martin.
If you missed any of the action this weekend, or just want to relive it all, an iHeartRadio Music Festival special including highlights from the event will be available to stream on Hulu on October 7th.
