Donna Summer’s estate has reached a settlement with Kanye West over his “blatant theft” of the late singer’s song, ‘I Feel Love.’ Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign’s album ‘Vultures 1,’ upon release, featured a track titled ‘Good (Don’t Die).’ The track only existed on the album for a few days before it was taken down by all streaming platforms for copyright infringement. ‘Good (Don’t Die)’ featured a sample of Summer’s biggest hit, ‘I Feel Love,’ even though the estate “expressly refused permission.” According to the estate’s lawyer, the final settlement is expected to be executed soon.
