10PM Curfew, a social-first publisher that owns and operates over 60 lifestyle channels, has acquired the celebrity entertainment news site HollywoodLife.com. The website, created by Bonnie Fuller, was acquired by media company Factz only seven months ago in August.
“Over the past year, we have been diligently searching for the perfect complimentary acquisition target. Hollywood Life is incredibly additive to our strategy and given it’s a premium legacy media brand it has immense potential to scale as a social-first publisher,” Raz Romanescu, CEO of 10PM Curfew, said in a statement. “We are committed to collaborating with the talented team to exponentially grow the brand and provide our followers with even more captivating content.”
