Grammy Parties + Events Photos – Deadline


With the Grammys approaching this weekend, on Sunday, Feb. 4, the music industry and nominees are buzzing alike, in anticipation of a week filled with parties, panels, masterclasses and brunches during Grammy week.

Grammy week kicked off with We Are Moving the Needle, the organization founded by Emily Lazar, a Grammy Award-winning mastering engineer. Honorees included Alanis Morissette, Corinne Bailey Rae, Caroline Polachek, Catherine Marks, Laura Sisk, Jennifer Decilveo, Michael Goldstone, and Christine Thomas at the first Annual Resonator Awards recognizing women in production and engineering roles.

Black Music Action Coalition (BMAC) Music Maker Dinner hosted by Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis took place on Wednesday, in support of the economic empowerment of Black music entrepreneurs, artists, producers, and songwriters. The star-studded evening united industry leaders and celebrated artists including Victoria Monét, Jermaine Dupri, Babyface, Muni Long, Flavor Flav, Teedra Moses, Mondaii, Kenny Burns, BMAC board members, and other Black music industry power players. Last night, Billboard hosted the signature Billboard Power 100 party at NeueHouse Hollywood celebrating the music industry’s most influential players. The evening featured special award presentations, including the Clive Davis Visionary Award which SZA presented to Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith and Terrence “Punch” Henderson, the UMG Impact Award which Lucian Grainge presented to Boygenius, and more.

Mariah Carey and Lenny Kravitz were honored with the Recording Academy Global Impact Award at the third annual Recording Academy Honors Presented by the Black Music Collective (BMC) on Thurs, Feb 1. The event included performances by Yolanda Adams, Babyface, Busta Rhymes, Erica Campbell, George Clinton, Davido, Andra Day, Manny Fresh, Tori Kelly, Quavo, Gabby Simone, Chad Smith, Andrew Watt, Verdine White, and Stevie Wonder, with appearances by H.E.R and Chair of the BMC, Rico Love.

Bon Jovi, Melissa Etheridge, Jason Isbell, Bruce Springsteen, and Shania Twain, along with nominees Brandy Clark, Goo Goo Dolls, Jelly Roll, Marcus King, The War And Treaty, and Lainey Wilson will perform at MusiCares Person of the Year benefit gala honoring Jon Bon Jovi on Friday.

Leading up to Music’s Biggest Night, the legendary Clive Davis star-studded gala takes center stage on Saturday evening, featuring performances from Grammy nominees and an A-list roster of guests, it remains the hottest ticket in town. CeeLo Green will take to the decks at the Primary Wave and Billboard event to celebrate songs that reached No. 1 on the charts.

Furthermore, Steven Tyler’s 5th annual Jam for Janie Grammy Awards viewing party on Sunday, February 4, hosted by Zooey Deschanel, will include a performance by The Black Crowes.

Following the awards show, Post-grammy parties will include the 2024 Grammy Celebration After-Party with performances from Ne-Yo; Superblue; Kurt Elling; Charlie Hunter; DJ Ben Bakson, and Concordes Grammy party with entertainment from DJ Walshy Fire and DJ MeLo X.
