Heart Evangelista, true to her unique style, has filled her Paris apartment with intricate and fascinating details.
On November 2, 2024, the Kapuso actress gave an exclusive tour of her apartment for her reality series, Heart World, where she unveiled some captivating features of her Parisian home.
During the tour, Heart highlighted her favorite spot in the living room where she relaxes in her “Iceberg” chair.
Sharing more about her favorite spot, Heart said, “My favorite spot in the house is this beautiful chair. This is from a [Belgian] designer.
“The story was, they had a long-distance relationship and they would send each other stuffed toys.
“I love stuffed toys. And then, when they finally got married, they decided to bring all of their stuffed toys and create furniture.
“But this isn’t, ano, this is a replica or the idea, the concept of their love story.
“And I fell in love. Siyempre dahil nga, inaalagaan natin yung inner child natin na minsan yung inner child nga yan, masyado nagwawala.
“Gustong-gusto ko siyang bilhin. Pero ang bigat-bigat niya. And then finally, noong nakuha ko yung apartment ko, yun talagang una kong kinuha.”
This chair, crafted by Belgian designers Alexis Verstraeten and Pauline Montironi for their brand AP Collection, is an exclusive piece with only 50 available worldwide, priced at GBP9,710, which is equivalent to PHP735,333.45.

HEART EVANGELISTA: ABUBOTS AND ACCENT PIECES
A certified “anik-anik girly,” Heart delights in decorating her home with an array of accent pieces and “abubots”—a charming mix of items brought from her home in Manila and those discovered in Paris’s specialty stores.
Among the standout accent pieces she acquired are her Fornasetti ceramic Roman Foot Umbrella and Stick stands.
Heart adored them so much that she purchased two and ingeniously repurposed them as flower vases.
She said, “This is actually, lalagyan ng umbrella. It’s Fornasetti, but it was just so beautiful that I had to have two.”

According to therealreal.com, each of these ceramic Roman Foot umbrella stands is priced at approximately USD1,325, which converts to PHP77,394.59.
Given that her Paris residence is smaller than her home in Manila, Heart opted to include mirrors. Her choice was a mirror adorned with palm trees.
She explained, “Para lumaki yung lugar, niligyan ko ng mga mirrors.”
Heart shared that bringing the mirror with the palm tree design into her home was a bit of a challenge, but with some help, she eventually managed to do so.
“When I was looking for furniture, it was something that really caught my eye and I was so in love. But it was impossible for me to take it because I didn’t know how to do it.
“I didn’t know how to put it on but we were able to have people to put it up and gumawa pa sila ng patungan niya.”
PEP.ph found the exact mirror in Heart’s home at Selency, an online marketplace for vintage furniture, priced at EUR3,490 or around PHP219,744.36.
The second level of Heart’s Paris apartment is adorned by paper mache trophy heads designed by French artist Marie Talalaeff.
Heart said it was also her husband who helped placed these in her apartment.
She recalled, “Over here, we have all of these cute artworks from a Parisian artist. My husband, Chiz, he was the one na naglagay nito.”
Heart owns three versions of the giraffe trophy heads, each priced at EUR 1,050 or PHP 66,075.45, and three versions of the bunny trophy heads, each priced at EUR 600 or PHP 37,757.40.
These prices are based on listings from the French concept store Beau Oui’s website.
HEART EVANGELISTA: ART AT HOME
An artist herself, Heart said her second home wouldn’t be complete without artworks and paintings.
“E, pwede bang may apartment ka sa Paris na walang art? Syempre, hindi pupwede.
“So, talagang tinadpad ko siya ng art… The artworks that I treasure the most.”
Heart added, “Kahit teddy bears ko nung bata ako. Kung si Panda hindi nakarating, at least sila [yung teddy bears] nakarating.”
One of Heart’s standout pieces is a captivating wall decor that reads “Life is Beautiful.”
The artwork is made from glass and plexiglass, resulting in an enchanting infinite mirror effect, as crafted by a French artist whose name has escaped Heart.
She said, “This one is a beautiful reminder. It’s also by a French artist. Life is beautiful, and indeed it is. The good and the bad, because it just completes the story.
“And again, I always believe that whatever happens to you in your life will make you a better person. It’ll keep you grounded.”
One of Heart’s most cherished art pieces is a sketch by her stepdaughter, Chesi Escudero— a simple drawing that she had framed and brought from Manila to hang in her Paris apartment.
She said, “This one is from my daughter Chesi. It’s a sketch from 2022. So I had it framed.”
Beside it hangs Heart’s own painting, a piece she created for Incubus frontman Brandon Boyd’s Moonlight Arts Collective.
