When Luann de Lesseps isn’t on the road for her cabaret tour, the Countess unwinds in her bright and airy luxury apartment on the Upper East Side.
The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum, 58, invited Page Six inside her stunning Manhattan pad for an exclusive tour of her luxe home.
“What I love about this space is that there is so much light,” she told us of her modern living space, adding, “There’s floor-to-ceiling windows which I love. It gives great city views.”
De Lesseps said she thought the apartment was “too good to be true” when she first stumbled upon the abode during the coronavirus pandemic.
The “Money Can’t Buy You Class” singer livened up the living room with assorted plants and an eclectic collection of art.
“Plants, for me, give it life. I think they’re so important in order to make it feel homey,” she explained, noting that she also has “a lot of art” by her children, including a piece by 29-year-old daughter Victoria.
“It just makes the room for me,” Lesseps said of the painting of a woman filled with 500 smaller female bodies.
“A great piece of art really does make a room,” she continued.
The cozy space also features art by a Brooklyn-based oil painter, visual artist Peter Tunney and Brazilian sculptor Romero Britto.
De Lesseps told us she uses her living room as a rehearsal space for her cabaret shows and has a set of bongos as well as a white piano, which she admittedly cannot play but still “absolutely” loves.
The open-concept room, which also has pink Art Deco dining chairs and a colorful seating area, is cluttered with special tchotchkes and mementos, including her 16-year-old makeup chair from her first season of her hit Bravo show.
The reality star’s kitchen is simple with white marble countertops and a coordinating backsplash, sleek cabinetry, silver hardware, recessed lighting and updated state-of-the-art appliances.
Nespresso Pixie Espresso Machine by Breville
“I’ve got my Nespresso machine right over here,” she said of the coffee maker, adding that she likes to flavor her cup of joe with Dr. Daryl Gioffre’s Acid-Kicking Coffee Alkalizer.
“It takes away the acidity, and for singers, [that is] really important, and it tastes like chocolate so it makes the coffee even that more delicious,” she said.
Seated on her wooden kitchen floors is her Louis Vuitton guard dog statue where she hands her Cabaret hat by famed British milliner Philip Treacy. She also gave us a sneak peek of her impressive hat collection, which she stores above her armoire.
“A hat is really a finishing touch,” she explained. “I really love hats.”
One of de Lesseps’ favorite rooms is her immaculate marble bathroom featuring a contemporary free-standing bathtub and a separate standing glass shower.
“I was so blessed when I opened the door of this apartment and saw this bathroom and was like, ‘Done!’” she recalled. “Who doesn’t love a marble bathroom with a big soaking tub?”

The “RHONY” star’s charming bedroom is where she likes to “wind up at the end of the night.”
Byredo Velvet Haze Eau de Parfum
“I’m exhausted touring, but I love it because it’s very soft colors. Soft greens, soft pinks,” she said of her bedroom, adding that the suite has “all her favorite things” which allows her to relax and “chill.”
De Lesseps keeps a large cabinet filled with just with jewelry in her bedroom and uses a nearby Hollywood vanity makeup mirror to apply her glam, telling us, “Every girl needs a vanity because the lighting is good.”
The Bravolebrity also enjoys a spanning walk-in closet in which she stores her plethora of sparkly ensembles fit for the stage.
Some garments in her collection include her “RHONY” Season 11 reunion gown, a royal blue sparkly suit with feathers from her tour last year, her go-to crocodile clutch and sequin velvet jumpsuit by L’agence.
Perhaps the most lavish feature of her home is de Lesseps’ “petit terrace”— a rarity for New Yorkers.
“It’s so nice to be able to walk outside in New York and just take in the city view and figure out what kind of coat you need,” she said. “Especially in the winter.”
Fans can currently catch de Lesseps on her ongoing “Countess Cabaret” tour. Some of her next stops include a show at the Paramount Theatre in Huntington, NY, on March 16, followed by a stop at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on March 22. See the full list of tour dates here.
