Jelly Roll is shedding more than just records β€” he’s shedding pounds too! The 39-year-old country star revealed that he’s hit a major milestone in his weight loss journey, dropping an impressive 100 pounds.

On Tuesday, October 22, Jelly Roll (whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord) took to Instagram with a short video to share his progress. “Next year when y’all see me, you won’t recognize me,” he said, before his nutrition coach, Ian Larios, gave fans a peek at what the “I Am Not Okay” singer has been doing to reach his goal.

“We just passed the halfway point of the tour and Jelly’s been crushing it,” Larios explained. “We’re either walking the arenas, playing basketball, boxing β€” he just surpassed his 100-pound weight loss.”

Larios went on to share some of Jelly Roll’s favorite healthy snacks, like a banana with Manuka honey, Stevia, and dark chocolate shavings, which the award-winning artist typically enjoys before hitting the stage. Post-show, it’s all about a healthier version of Nashville hot chicken, made with potato and rice flour, and air-fried to perfection.

“It tricks your brain into thinking that this is, like, that nice greasy Nashville deep-fried hot chicken,” Larios explained. “He’s going to feel like he’s eating at home. But it’s healthy, it’s air-fried, it’s full of protein, and it helps him stay on track.”

Right after the post hit social media, it didn’t take long for fans to enter the chat.

“🀟🏻🀟🏻🀟🏻amazing! You got this! I’m on my health journey as a big girl!!” one person exclaimed.

“Soooooooo proud of you!!!!! I can’t wait to see your transformation!!!!,” another cheered.

“Awesome!! Keep up the good work we need your soul in this world as long as possible πŸ’œ,” chimed in a third.

“Wow 🀩, go you good thing, there’s always a beginning and a end, enjoy your journey β™₯️,” another said.

Jelly Roll’s latest achievement comes just six months after he revealed a 70-pound weight loss while prepping for the 2 Bears 5K in April. The two-time Grammy nominee has been open about his fitness journey, previously sharing that he once weighed over 500 pounds.

Along with his health success, Jelly Roll is also celebrating his first No. 1 album, Beautifully Broken, which debuted on Thursday, October 10. It soared straight to the top of the Billboard 200 with impressive first-week sales of 161,000 units β€” marking his first-ever chart-topping album.

His wife, Bunnie XO, couldn’t contain her excitement, posting on Instagram, “You guys! We did it!!!!!!”
