EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Popular 2000s popstar Jennifer Lopez announced the cancelation of her This is Me…Live summer tour.
Lopez, also known as JLo, was scheduled to perform on July 3 at the Bert Ogden Arena.
Representatives for Live Nation announced on Friday that JLo canceled her 2024 summer tour. According to Live Nation representatives, “Jennifer is taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.”
On her official website, JLo stated, “I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down.”
Lopez had initially announced her tour surrounding her latest project “This is Me Now…” before rebranding to “This is Me Now…the Greatest Hits” tour.
Live Nation had also announced the cancelation of certain tour dates before a full tour cancelation.
Bert Ogden Arena has removed the link to purchase tickets to JLo’s concert from its website. Bert Odgen told ValleyCentral, that those who purchase tickets online will be refunded automatically.
Additionally, those who purchased their tickets in cash can stop by the arena for a refund starting June 10.
