Kelly Clarkson recently revealed that she receives gifts from Taylor Swift every time the pop sensation drops a new album. Many fans credit Clarkson as the person who inspired Swift to rerecord her albums, as she proposed the idea to Swift in a 2019 tweet. “You know what’s so funny? She just sent me flowers. She’s so nice. . . She was like, ‘Every time I release something’ — ’cause she just did 1989 I got that really cute cardigan, too. I love how kind she is” she said on The Kelly Clarkson Show. Clarkson praised Swift’s savvy business move in reclaiming ownership of her music, applauding her for being one of the best-selling artists of all time. Swift is currently in the midst of her record-breaking international ‘Eras’ Tour, set to run until the end of 2024. She is also expected to release re-recordings of two of her former albums, ‘Reputation’ and the self-titled, ‘Taylor Swift’.
