Lippin Group Creates New Management Structure, Promotes 3 Senior Execs – The Hollywood Reporter

The Lippin Group has overhauled its executive ranks.

The strategic communications firm that specializes in entertainment, media and tech with offices in L.A., New York and London has established an office of the chairman that is comprised of senior executives Matt Biscuiti, Kevin Broderick and Katie Fuchs.

Each will hold the newly created position of managing director and be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the business and developing new business growth strategies, including partnership opportunities. They will continue to maintain all client account responsibilities and report directly to chairman and CEO Dick Lippin. Broderick is based at Lippin’s L.A. headquarters while Biscuiti and Fuchs lead the firm’s New York outpost.

“Katie, Kevin and Matt each have a wealth of talent and experience that they will leverage to build upon the agency’s legacy to serve our current clients, find new business opportunities and develop the next generation of our team. All have been with the agency for more than a decade, during which they have shown significant growth in their careers, developed a deep understanding of the industry, and established strong relationships with clients, press and staff alike,” said Lippin. “Despite belt-tightening and staff cuts happening particularly at the bigger corporations, the value of marketing has never been more evident, especially as content production ramps up after an extended pause, and streamers, networks — and the advertisers supporting them — look to maximize their audiences.”

Biscuiti, Broderick and Fuchs will continue to work closely with longtime senior executives across corporate communications, consumer public relations and TLG Connect consulting practices. Those execs include West Coast president of corporate communications Jim Benson, global entertainment president Pam Golum, London managing director Debbie Lawrence, senior vp Jeanne O’Keefe, TV and events president Jennifer Price, CFO Shelly Saarela and senior vp Alex Uliantzeff.

Biscuiti joined Lippin in 2004. During his tenure, he’s specialized in corporate communications counsel to businesses of all sizes, supported communications and thought leadership strategies for TV networks, streamers, content studios, ad agencies, associations, conferences, events and digital platforms. Prior to Lippin, he was a senior account executive at GolinHarris. He started his career at TSI Communications.

Fuchs joined Lippin Group in 2011. In New York, she’s been charged with developing and implementing consumer public relations strategies for U.S. and international entertainment companies. She created and leads Lippin’s division focused on the podcast and audio industry, and is credited with playing a key role in supporting clients’ productions and events.

Broderick joined Lippin Group in 2011. He has executed strategic media relations and thought leadership campaigns for clients across streaming, podcasting, tech, industry associations, festivals and conferences. He serves the TLG Connect, focused on consulting with companies around the world, that are outside of the traditional entertainment and media industries, about Hollywood-facing strategies.
