Madonna is being sued by a fan who says her delayed concert “felt like he was watching a pornographic film being made.” Justin Lipeles has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles, claiming Madonna should have warned fans that the show would include “topless women.” “Forcing consumers to wait hours in hot, uncomfortable arenas and subjecting them to pornography without warning is demonstrative of Madonna’s flippant disrespect for her fans,” said Justin Lipeles’ lawyers. Madonna is already facing other lawsuits that claim her Celebration Tour concerts broke the law by way of “false advertising.” The cases in New York and Washington D.C., claim that the delayed concerts impacted them greatly as they “had to get up early for work.” Lipeles also echoed the other claims, as Madonna was two hours late to her Kia Forum performance in LA.
