Marilyn Manson Trial Date Set After Revived Abuse Allegations | Entertainment

Ashley Walters, who accused Marilyn Manson of abuse, has secured a trial date after her dismissed lawsuit was revived on appeal. Scheduled to commence on June 2, 2025, in Los Angeles County, this trial marks a significant development in Walters’ pursuit of justice. “We are confident they will acknowledge the harm done to Ms. Walters and deliver a resounding message to all survivors of such terrible abuse,” said Walters’ lawyer, James Vagnini. Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, continues to deny the allegations, with his legal team asserting his innocence in court filings. Walters alleges a series of disturbing incidents occurred during her time as Manson’s assistant between 2010 and 2011. These claims include allegations of sexual assault, physical violence and emotional abuse. Despite settlements with multiple accusers, Manson continues to deny any wrongdoing as he prepares himself to face these allegations in court.
