NexTone expands global distribution offering to include a comprehensive worldwide network of local and multi-national DSPs.

Via newly announced AudioSalad partnership, NexTone’s clients will now have their content distributed to all the leading music services, effectively covering the global market.

NexTone Corporation, headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo and led by CEO, Masahiro Anan, today announced that, following a new partnership with U.S. based music technology company, AudioSalad, it has significantly expanded its distribution network for digital content distribution operations. Via this partnership, NexTone is now able to distribute its clients’ music to all the leading music services around the world.

NexTone, as a leading Japanese rights management and distribution company, has an established set of direct relationships with major global digital service providers (‘DSPs’) as well as domestic DSPs in Japan, and has developed its own efficient supply network.

This new partnership with AudioSalad allows the company to expand the distribution reach for its Japanese content to a much broader worldwide audience, which is a strong area of growth for the company. NexTone is now positioned to effectively provide a service that ensures its clients’ content is present on a comprehensive range of local DSPs across the globe.

This is the first Japanese partnership for AudioSalad, which is part of SESAC Music Group, a New York based, global, multi-line music company. An industry-leading music technology company, AudioSalad is headquartered in New York, with offices in Los Angeles and London, and remote staff located in various global markets. AudioSalad is known throughout the industry for their best-in-class content management, analytics, delivery and distribution solutions and this partnership will provide additional services including digital marketing and promotion of NexTone’s catalog.

“We are honored to form Japan’s first partnership with AudioSalad, a distribution management platform renowned for its cutting-edge technology in the global music and entertainment industry.
