Peru vs Chile live updates: Claudio Bravo and Paolo Guerrero make Copa America history in 0-0 draw

The marquee match in Group A is coming up on Tuesday: Argentina vs Chile.

Not only will that match likely determine which team will finish in first place in the group, but it’s also a rematch of the 2015 and 2016 Copa America finals.

And oddly enough, it’s taking place at the same venue that the 2016 final was held in, MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

That final ended the same way the 2015 one did, with Chile defeating Argentina on penalties after a 0-0 draw.

After the 2016 final, Lionel Messi announced his retirement from international soccer, having suffered a fourth straight final defeat with Argentina. Fortunately for both him and his country, he later reconsidered.
