Following the death of Quincy Jones, an interview has resurfaced that features his comments about disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The music industry mourns the record producer who is famously known for collaborating with stars like Frank Sinatra and producing some of Michael Jackson’s biggest albums. At 91 years old, Jones died in his home in Bel Air surrounded by his family.
This news came suddenly as the executive posted to Instagram the day before with a birthday tribute to his daughter Martina Jones, captioned: “Happy Birthday to my Tina Beena! So proud to be yo papa! Big hug, I love you eternally.”
A resurfaced video shows Jones making some comments about the now-incarcerated Diddy.
In the previous interview, it seems Jones was one of just a few that weren’t afraid of the rapper as he made strong claims against his musical capabilities.
