Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Hit With Third Sexual Assault Accusation: Report

Rapper, producer and entrepreneur Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly been charged in a new lawsuit alleging sexual assault.

According to the filing obtained Friday by Rolling Stone, an anonymous accuser claims that Combs and musician Aaron Hall raped her and her friend in 1990 or 1991 and that Combs was violent days later.

The lawsuit was filed just before the Adult Survivors Act law in New York State was set to expire.

The newest suit alleges that the victim and a friend met Combs and Hall at an industry party in New York City, and the two women accompanied them back to Hall’s apartment. There, she claims, she was “offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs.” Afterward, as she “laid in bed, shocked and traumatized,” the lawsuit says that Hall “barged into the room, pinned her down and forced [her] to have sex with him.” The suit adds that she later discovered her friend was similarly assaulted in the next room.

In addition to Combs and Hall, the suit names MCA Music Entertainment and Geffen Records, who hosted the industry event, as defendants.

The Messenger has reached out to a rep and attorney for Combs for comment. It is unclear if Hall has retained legal representation to comment on his behalf (The Messenger was unsuccessful in attempts to find a contact for Hall).

This is the third such claim against Combs in recent days. On Nov. 16, he was accused of rape, abuse and alleged sex trafficking by the performer Cassandra Ventura, also known as Cassie. That case was settled one day later. On Nov. 23, Joi Dickerson-Neal alleged that Combs drugged and assaulted her and recorded the activity when she was a 19-year-old student at Syracuse University in 1991.

A Combs representative called Dickerson-Neal’s lawsuit “a money grab and nothing more.” They added that “this last minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible.”

The deadline for filing lawsuits under Adult Survivors Act in New York has also seen recent allegations against Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx, New York City Mayor Eric Adams and recording industry executive Jimmy Iovine.
