Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan have multiple businesses, the most well-known being their production house Red Chillies, which has just delivered a humongous blockbuster called Jawan. The star, given his sharp acumen and mind, has had had multiple businesses over the years. He goes beyond just being an entertainer or an actor.

Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan‘s Dubai business

Did you know Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan have a business in Dubai worth Rs 18,000 crore? It was back in 2008 when the Jawan star spoke about the same. He teamed up with a UAE based real estate firm for a residential complex right in front of the beach in Dubai. It’s called SRK Boulevard. It’s situated at the Dana Islands in Ras Al Khaimah. It’s a group of 10 residential buildings worth Rs 18,000 crore. The project was designed by Los Angeles architect Tony Ashai and his wife Gauri Khan, who did the interiors.

Movie fees

These aren’t exact figures but he’s one of the highest paid actors in the country. For Pathaan, he took home Rs 200 crore, and for his recent blockbuster Jawan, he was paid Rs 100 crore and since he’s one of the producers, also shared 60% of the film’s profits.

Brand Endorsements

Khan has endorsed almost every product in the market, from toothpaste to cars to mobile phones to a pen, and he charges around Rs 4-5 crore per endorsement.

Jawan Box-office

The film raked in around Rs 12 crore on October 1 and currently stands with a grand total of Rs 610 crore (all versions). The film will again go on a riot today as there is a national holiday of Gandhi Jayanti.

Looking at the current scenario, the film is expected to cross Rs 650 crore by the end of its 5th weekend at the box office. While the film has inaugurated the Rs 600 crore club, it would be interesting whether invents the Rs 700 crore club or not.
