A lawsuit accusing Steven Tyler of sexually assaulting model Jeanne Bellino in the 1970s has been dismissed. The judge ruled that Bellino’s case failed to meet the criteria for New York’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act. This was because Bellino didn’t allege that Tyler had presented “a serious risk of physical injury” to her. In her original lawsuit, she claimed Tyler forcibly groped her and kissed her when she was 17 and he was 27. Bellino also said that she was hospitalized and medicated as a result of the incident and still needs medication for the trauma. The Aerosmith singer has also been accused of sexually assaulting Julia Misley in 1973, when she was 16, in a case that is still pending.
