Tiffany Haddish Accepts Plea Deal, DUI Charges Dropped | Entertainment

Comedian Tiffany Haddish had her DUI charges in Beverly Hills dropped after entering a plea deal. Haddish, 44, had the two misdemeanors dropped after agreeing to a reckless driving conviction. The Emmy and Grammy winner was charged in November 2023 after being taken into custody for a potential DUI. She has agreed to one year of probation and 40 hours of community service. In an interview after the incident, Haddish expressed remorse and thanked the Beverly Hills Police Department for how her arrest was handled. “I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries,” Haddish told Entertainment Tonight. This follows her arrest in January 2022 on suspicion of DUI in Georgia, with the case still ongoing.
