He has now become a manager at the Lionsgate-backed company, based in LA.

During his time at UTA, he was known for working with comedy multi-hyphenates and expanding them across areas including touring. At 3 Arts, he will do something similar, eyeing opportunities in endorsements, digital, scripted and more as well as touring.

3 Arts represents the likes of Rob McElhenney, Kevin Hart, Maya Rudolph, Mike Judge, Amy Poehler, Tim Dillon, Tina Fey and Bowen Yang.

Gordon is the latest agent to move from an agency into the management business. Deadline revealed that Bryan Diperstein left CAA to join Adventure Media earlier this week.

“Mark has always demonstrated an enthusiasm and understanding of an artist’s potential beyond the touring landscape,” said Olivia Gerke, Partner, 3 Arts. “His sensibilities align perfectly with our culture, and we are excited for him to continue to build multi-hyphenate careers and businesses, now as a colleague and team member.”

“I’m thrilled to join the talented team at 3 Arts,” added Gordon. “My passion is helping comedians grow their careers across multiple platforms, from touring to brand partnerships and beyond. I look forward to driving the next generation of comedy talent into new and exciting ventures.”
