WME Agency
Amid a major music-department restructuring, WME has promoted six Nashville-based agents – former Spectra Presents marketing director Beth Hamilton, Elite Talent Agency owner Mark Claassen, Andrew Colvin, Ticketmaster vet Sloane Cavitt Logue, Travis Wolfe (previously with Paradigm), and longtime team member Austin Mullins – to partner.
Additionally, eight staffers have become agents: John Showfety (who started with WME in 2018), Jeremy Upton, Josh Green (initially with Red 11 Music), Dan Kuklinski (also a Red 11 alumnus), Janelle Flint, Carlile Willett (focusing on talent-brand partnerships), former Paradigm agent assistant Lindsey Hastings, and Laura Williams.
Warner Music Nashville
A&R EVP Scott Hendricks is set to exit Warner Music Nashville at December’s end after about 16 years with the company.
DistroDirect
DistroDirect has announced four hires, including the addition of Music Gets Me High owner Ritnika Nayan as business development and partnerships manager for India and South Asia.
Next, ONErpm A&R vet Ben Frigeri has signed on in New York as U.S. business development and partnerships manager, with former CD Baby market-development professional Henriette Heimdal joining as head of UK and EU business development.
Lastly, software specialist Samuel Fernandes has come aboard “from Brazil to expand DistroDirect’s presence across Latin America.”

The National Independent Talent Organization has tapped Sofar Sounds vet Nathaniel Marro to serve as its first managing director.

Sonar Media has added former Stone Temple Pilots manager Steve Stewart to its advisory board.

Death Row Records has brought on over six-year Universal Music Publishing Group sampling employee Kat MacLean Daley as VP and head of publishing.
Warner Chappell Music
Warner Chappell has hired Jessica Entner (who previously had a deal with the publisher) as its first VP of creative sync strategy.
300 Entertainment
Warner Music’s 300 Entertainment has promoted Lallie Jones (“the label’s first employee”) to VP of marketing and Josh D’Amore (who’s been part of 300 since 2014) to SVP of digital and streaming.
